Listed above is the Top 25 NBA players under the age of 25 according to foxsports. Initially,  I found myself agreeing with the list – BUT when I woke up from my coma I realized TWO GLARING THINGS:

  1. I should not be a teacher
  2. I would 2 billion % be better than this guy at his job

Just because this was done before the new year, in no way, shape or form does that dignify a snub for the one and only #TrustTheProcess from this list.  I recognize that Joel Embiid has only played in 31 of 51 games but this man is a savage.  Both on and off the court I should remind you…

Just to emphasize Embiid’s talent, in a few days ESPN is going to release the top 10 NBA rising stars and I’d be #ALLin betting that you’ll see him inside the top 5.  After all, my vote for this years MVP said this.

Back to this moronic list – Steven Adams, Enes Kanter, Brandon Knight, Nijola Vucevic, Jonas Valanciunas ??? What the hell are they doing ranked that high?  I think C.J McCollum falls right where he belongs and even though I hate him I love his game.  I’ll never forgive him for dropping 35 points against Duke in the first round of the 2012 tourney.

Also, why in the name of Cleopatra is Dennis Schroder on this list? (and hell no he doesn’t deserve to have his name bolded)  If you would have told me that in my first 7 posts on this site that I would have mentioned Dennis Schroder not once, but twice – I would have told called you very, very mean names.

DEVIN BOOKER PEOPLE. This guy got snubbed from the list. Devin Booker is already on a lot of peoples radar but he’ll be a true star in this league one day and I think a multi-year All-Star as well.

I think Jordan Clarkson is the front runner for #6thman of the year and I could definitely have seen him on this list.  On a side note, I am amped for young teams like the Lakers, T-Wolves, Jazz and Suns who, if they continue to draft well, will be great teams in years to come.

Jammal Murray, Brandon Ingram and Jaylen Brown are all under the age of 20 and have very bright futures.  Murray will be a great scorer and distributor, Jaylen’s athleticism and speed is only going to continue to surprise us and Ingram has spurts where you can see him being a threat in all facets of the game.

Even though Ben Simmons has not played an NBA game yet, I still would have placed him on this list.  We saw him at LSU take possessions off and we questioned his drive but the reality is this kid never wanted to go to college and he has had the NBA on his mind since he was 15.  With that said, this kid is going to be unreal.  We saw his summer league sparks of greatness and we should be excited to have another 6’10 point guard.   Ben Simmons is a LeBron – Jason Williams MIX in the open court !!!! Stay tuned.
